Team profiles

An aquaculture and fisheries expert, and the founder of Biosphere Consultants. His experience spans more than thirty-five years, specialising in feasibility studies, aquatic research, and strategy and policy formulation.

His doctorate is in water and soil quality management, with a research interest in lakes, climate change, and environmental impact. He has taught limnology and advanced environmental sciences at university level, published with FAO and the SAARC Secretariat, and led programmes in more than thirty countries.

Twenty-two years as a permanent faculty member at the Pakistan Institute of Management, working in training, capacity building, and organisational development, with a specialism in information technology. He designed, delivered, and marketed training programmes across the public and private sectors.

He has also executed international projects with INFOFISH, funded by the Asian Development Bank and through the Sindh Coastal Community Development Project, managing assignments both technically and administratively and coordinating teams of specialists.
