Biosphere Consultants was built around thirty-five years of practice in aquaculture, fisheries, and water resources — as a senior government officer, as head of a provincial department, and as Director and CEO of INFOFISH, the FAO-founded intergovernmental organisation in Malaysia.
He holds a Ph.D. in water and soil quality management, has published with FAO and the SAARC Secretariat, and has worked in more than thirty countries. His research interest is the glacial and northern lake systems of Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
